Description
It seeks to promote primary activities of small and medium scale which contribute to food self-sufficiency and the rescue of farm life, with a focus on fishing and aquaculture through direct cash and in-kind assistance (oyster seeds, trout fry, tilapia fry, shrimp postlarvae).
