Description
Non-refundable grant with a maximum amount of CLP $500,000 for every middle class worker that had a monthly income between CLP $400,000 and CLP $1,500,000 before the pandemic, and now earns less than that. The amount of money given to one person decreases if they had an income superior to CLP $1,500,000. The transfer will be delivered 10 days after applying for it at the SII.

Target population
Employed, suspended, unemployed, independent and self-employed workers, who have suffered a drop of 30% or more of their formal income. Requirements to apply for the grant: 1. Having a monthly average income of CLP $400,000 during 2019 as a formal worker; 2. That due to the COVID-19 pandemic the person has seen its monthly income reduced by at least a 30%; 3. Be in one of the following situations: i) be unemployed or having a suspended work contract that allows the use of the Unemployment Insurance, ii) be a formal worker that has seen its income reduced, even if it was by an agreement to cut work hours, iii) workers that issue invoice in order to be paid and that have seen their income reduced, and iv) selfemployed people.
