A short-term intervention strategy to strengthen small businesses that have been affected by the pandemic. The program seeks to reactivate neighborhood stores of vulnerable populations through training to strengthen personal and business skills, as well as capitalization of up to COP $2 million in inventories of products from the family market basket, which will enable them to participate again in the supply chain in their territory. During the workshops, topics such as resilience, digital marketing, formalization and administration, management and financial inclusion are addressed.
