Target population
National or foreign graduates of highschool’s fourth year or similar, who are studying or will study in higher education institutions during the year 2021. In addition to natural persons, Chilean or foreign, who have studied in higher education institutions in previous years and who during 2021 they are studying, or will study, in higher education institutions and have not applied for the Continuity Program. In both cases, the institutions must be recognized by the State and the applicants must be registered in the National Disability Registry. (6)
