National Programme for the Promotion of Employment Opportunities "Impulsa Perú" (Ex Vamos Peru) (2011- 2021)

The programme aims to promote employment, improve labour skills and increase employability levels in the country. On 23 October 2020, through Supreme Decree N° 019-2020-TR, the merger of the Impulsa Perú and Jóvenes Productivos programmes was approved, giving way to the creation of the National Employability Programme. Accordingly, training, promotion of self-employment and certification of labour skills will be provided to people aged 15 and over, who are in poverty, extreme poverty and/or socio-labour vulnerability in order to improve their employability.
Characteristics
Citizens over 18 years of age who are unemployed, underemployed, at risk of unemployment or workers who have experienced a decrease in income.
