This is a comprehensive intervention that seeks to promote socio-entrepreneurial strengthening processes for women in situations of social vulnerability, generating a culture of savings and empowerment through gender awareness, financial education, the installation of entrepreneurial skills, formal linkage to microfinance services and the application of a savings incentive to generate resources to strengthen their productive enterprises. In addition to the training process (116 hours), the women who take part in the programme save in a bank account, so that they have to meet goals in the amounts so that the end result is women savers with greater capacities. For six months, users must save COP$300,000 and attend a series of meetings, so that the government will support them with about half of the amount saved. A prerequisite for this is to have a productive activity or business, or an idea that they want to carry out.
